Policy: a deposit of Ј25 pounds per person is usually required, if any cancellations four weeks in advance you will have full refund. if 2 weeks, you will pay Ј25 pounds of deposit, if not deposit will be non refundable. sorry but no dogs are allowed. special offers are available throughout the year. the hotel runs many theme weekends such as rock and roll and murder weekends.

Policy: a credit card is required as a guarantee. if the booking is cancelled or altered to less than the original booking within the cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with up to 2/3 of the original full amount of your booking. all late arrivals (ie. after 7pm) must be notified direct to the hotel. any alterations to your booking must be notified in writing direct to the hotel. all bank holiday or illuminations bookings must be for a minimum three night stay. one night stays will not be accepted for any bank holidays or during the illuminations period. (31 aug-5 nov) during the illuminations we can only accept bookings for monday to friday or friday to monday breaks. saturday to saturday stays cannot be accepted. a deposit of 30 per person will be taken from your credit card to reserve the rooms. deposits are not refundable under any circumstances. all credit and debit card transactions will be subject to a 5% surcharge per transaction. only one credit or debit card will be accepted per party. the balance of your account must be paid in cash on arrival. cheques will only be accepted up to the value of your guarantee card. only one cheque per party will be accepted. please note that active hotels reservation system will automatically accept stays that do not meet our policies. we do not accept liability for their system. you must meet the hotel policies or the booking will not be accepted by the hotel. please contact the hotel directly to confirm that your booking has been accepted. la tour hotel reserves the right to alter these policies at any time.
